I met this employee of I C Fancy Dress in Cardiff whilst searching for something for breakfast (having refused to pay the extortionate price of bed and breakfast at the hotel). After roaming Cardiff city centre for what seemed like an age I ended up having a cup of tea and a doorstep sandwich in Coffee Barker across the Castle Arcade from the fancy dress shop and it’s Dalek doorman.

The Castle Arcade runs from the High Street (if you enter from the High Street end you will confront the Dalek head on, as I did) and then it takes a right turn towards Castle Street and Cardiff Castle. I can recommend Coffee Barker for a nice brew and a thick sandwich, but I didn’t go in the fancy dress shop, so you’ll have to investigate that yourself.
